About Stubee

These Terms govern your use of Stubee, operated by 01Republic Inc. ("we", "us"). Stubee helps you analyze public YouTube videos with AI and create, organize, and download knowledge documents.

Your account

Use your own account and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not impersonate others or misuse accounts or access permissions. Responsibility for activity through a shared account depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

We use Clerk and your selected sign-in provider for authentication. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Analysis requests may be unavailable if you do not have sufficient credits.

Analysis and results

You can review the video and estimated credits before requesting an analysis. Sending a follow-up prompt or a timestamped comment starts an additional AI request.

AI may misinterpret video, audio, captions, or images and may produce inaccurate information. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose. Check important results against the original source. Results do not replace professional legal, medical, or investment advice.

Video restrictions, provider outages, quotas, and technical limitations may delay or prevent completion. We explain errors and retry options to the extent that information is available to us.

Credits and costs

Estimated credits are indicative and may differ from the final debit. A reservation temporarily holds credits while a request is in progress to prevent concurrent overspending; it is not a final charge.

Analysis charges vary by the video and request. The final credit debit is recorded in your credit history. Annual subscriptions use about 4% fewer credits for equivalent usage compared with monthly subscriptions; this is not a discount on the annual subscription payment. One US dollar corresponds to 200 credits. Reused results use the price shown before your request. Reopening or downloading an existing result does not incur another analysis charge.

Reservations for failed requests are released. Contact us if you dispute a result or credit entry. Card purchases and paid subscriptions are not currently available. Credits granted by the operator are not deposits or a cash payment instrument and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Before introducing paid purchases, we will disclose prices, cancellation, and refund terms. Purchased credits do not expire, including subscription credits, and remain available after cancellation.

Content and rights

Rights in original videos and other third-party content remain with their respective owners. Receiving an analysis does not grant copyright or redistribution rights in the source. Use submitted material and downloaded results only within your rights and applicable law.

We process your submissions as needed to fulfill, store, and deliver your requests. Shared knowledge derived from public videos may be reused for other users, but personal comments, follow-up conversations, and account-specific library records are not treated as public content. We do not guarantee that AI output is original or eligible for exclusive rights.

Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Stubee does not provide tools to bypass YouTube download restrictions or access controls.

Acceptable use

Do not process unlawful content, infringe copyright or privacy, submit malware, attack the service, bypass billing or access limits, access another user's private data, or use automation that undermines service stability. We may restrict access as necessary to prevent harm and, where possible, explain the reason and how to appeal.

Deletion and service changes

You can delete your authentication account through account management. To request deletion of documents, conversations, and other Stubee service data, contact official@01republic.io. Download anything you need before leaving. Deletion scope and retention exceptions are explained in our Privacy Policy.

We will give reasonable notice of changes or discontinuation affecting your use. Material changes to these Terms that adversely affect users will be announced with sufficient notice before taking effect. Where applicable law requires consent, we will obtain it separately.

Responsibility and disputes

We are responsible for damage caused by our intentional misconduct or negligence as provided by applicable law. These Terms do not exclude mandatory user rights or waive all of our legal liability. Responsibility for force majeure or external outages depends on their cause and the measures we take.

Please contact us first to try to resolve a dispute. Unresolved disputes are subject to applicable jurisdiction rules. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without excluding mandatory protections that apply to you.
